We utilize the physical screening process used by Titleist Performance Institute to measure your bodies physical limitations. The findings on the screening are correlated to swing faults and will help us design a customized program for you.

 

Next step, we desgin a workout program that is specificly tailored to improve these physical limitations that might be affecting your golf game. Your program will incorporate mobility, stability, strength, power, flexibility, and cardio exercises to help get your body moving efficiently and effectively so you can maximize your swing to its fullest potential.
